The initial phase unfolds within a 4-meter diameter circular terrain model, showcasing a lakeside villa community at a 1:500 scale. This centerpiece resides in the main exhibition hall, complemented by video content on wall-mounted LED screens. The architectural elements are primarily realized through a combination of 3D printing and manual craftsmanship.

The project's landscape is a canvas of creativity. Mountains are artfully represented through 3D printing, with a unique vertical acrylic slicing technique giving them an abstract, artistic allure. The surface is adorned with a subtle green hue, while the mountain interiors boast a frosted effect. The overall design emphasizes the project's prime location, topographical advantages, and transport infrastructure.

The base, an irregular form measuring 7.5x4.5m, symbolizes an inverted mountain. This unconventional design echoes the natural landscapes of the project, creating a visual harmony.
