We completed the official exhibition model for Shenzhen Longgang Ecological Intelligence Valley in collaboration with Aedas. The urban & architectural design competition of Phase I was won by the consortium of Aedas, Capol and MLA+B.V., and QZYMODELS undertook both the 1:1000 scheme model and the 1:150 formal display model, winning consistent recognition from the design team and client.

Project Introduction
Shenzhen Longgang Ecological Intelligence Valley serves as the headquarters base for Shenzhen’s construction industry. It stands as a benchmark urban project and a vital demonstration hub for China’s construction sector.
The finished exhibition model adopts 1:150 scale with overall dimensions 4.5m × 4.5m. The model fully reproduces Phase I construction together with adjacent mountain ecological park landscape. Built-up plots of Phase I are constructed in realistic finish; reserved undeveloped land for Phase II & III are expressed with frosted acrylic to distinguish conceptual planning areas.

Core Craftsmanship & Technical Highlights
High-fidelity Modular Tower Facade Restoration
The landmark main tower applies coated reflective glass curtain wall. We adopt two grades of reflectivity (20% & 70%) to interpret the layered modular architectural logic. Decorative strips on curtain walls are fitted with miniature scaled solar panels with authentic metallic texture. Engraved facade lines and surface textures are precisely replicated strictly in accordance with architectural drawings.

Zoned Intelligent Group Lighting System
All interior building lighting adopts 4000K neutral white natural light. Lighting on each floor can be controlled in independent groups. Distributed ground spotlights enrich the night scene atmosphere of roads, green belts and public spaces.

The art exhibition centre is constructed using hollow frosted 3D printing technology, which retains flexibility for iterative updates of sustainable design concepts.

High-precision Landscape Treatment
UV printing technology is used for pavement and terrain surfaces, ensuring clear road marking, texture uniformity and long-term colour stability for long-duration exhibition.
