Project Overview

QZY Models completed this high-end 1:300 scale architectural presentation model for DAR Global’s Tierra Viva Lamborghini-branded luxury residential project. Tailored for real estate marketing and client presentations, this model fully interprets the luxury positioning of Lamborghini branded hillside villas, meticulously recreating the whole scene from hillside villa clusters down to miniature vehicles on community roads.

We adopted a hybrid manufacturing solution combining precision CNC machining, 3D printing and elaborate handcrafting to achieve ultra-fine details within the 1:300 compact scale. CNC machining is applied for villa building bodies, delivering crisp outlines and smooth, sharp architectural edges. For tiny elements such as miniature Lamborghini cars on roads, we leverage high-precision 3D printing followed by manual refinement, ensuring even the smallest accessories retain accurate proportional details and echo the iconic Lamborghini design language.

Our team faithfully reconstructed the undulating natural hillside terrain of the site. Multi-layered vegetation and realistic landscape planting were hand arranged to restore the original mountain ecological environment, creating an immersive natural setting where luxury villas blend harmoniously into the hillside. The whole model is equipped with an integrated lighting system: warm interior lights inside each villa, street lamps along winding mountain roads, and glowing swimming pool lights, jointly recreating the stunning night scene atmosphere of this premium residential resort.

An interactive touch screen is seamlessly embedded within the custom model plinth. The screen integrates naturally into the base design without disrupting the landscape layout. Clients and visitors can interactively browse project information on site, greatly enhancing presentation experience during sales pitches and exhibitions.
