Tour H, Morocco: A 1:50 Architectural Model Where Light Brings Architecture to Life

QZY Models proudly presents the finely finished 1:50 scale architectural model for Tour H, a landmark mixed-use tower project in Morocco. Completed within a tight 20-day production cycle, this high-end presentation model adopts ABS and acrylic as core materials to faithfully interpret the design language of this commercial and residential landmark.

Every material is strategically deployed to serve the architectural expression. ABS solidifies the building massing, delivering crisp edges and precise panel segmentation lines. Translucent acrylic forms the tower’s fluted facade, softly diffusing the built-in warm lighting to create a gentle, inviting glow, which vividly conveys the vitality of an occupied building. The dark podium, defined by delicate metallic joint grids, forms a stable, striking visual contrast against the luminous tower volume.

Lighting design lies at the heart of this model’s presentation effect. Our team calibrated the warm internal lighting evenly across the tower floors, glazed transition floors and ground-floor retail spaces, avoiding overexposure or uneven dimness. The backlit “TOUR H” logo on the podium acts as a visual anchor. Miniature street lamps cast soft golden light onto the road, setting a realistic dusk urban atmosphere for the whole scene.

We capture architectural details from the overall massing down to the finest micro-elements. The proportional relationship of the tower body, cantilevered terraces and podium is strictly restored. Rich scene details are integrated: balconies with figurines, landscaped terrace greenery, café shading umbrellas, palm trees, as well as scaled vehicles and pedestrian figures on the street. Even the rear facade with stepped terraces and green base landscape receives the same rigorous finishing standard as the front view.
