Precision Craftsmanship: Acrylic, ABS, Laser Cutting & CNC Machining

Constructed primarily from acrylic, with ABS components used for selected structural and decorative details, the model balances visual clarity, durability, and precision. The transparent and translucent acrylic elements allow the integrated interior lighting to shine through the façade, highlighting the building’s architectural form and creating a realistic illuminated appearance.

Our team combined laser cutting, CNC machining, and meticulous handcrafting to achieve the desired level of detail. Laser cutting ensured clean edges and consistent dimensions across structural elements and façade panels, while CNC machining delivered accurately shaped building components and a precisely finished site base. Our experienced model makers then assembled and refined the individual parts by hand, ensuring clean joints, smooth surfaces, and a cohesive, high-quality finish.

Detailed Lighting, Sports Facilities & Urban Landscaping

Lighting was incorporated throughout the production process to enhance the model’s presentation and architectural realism. The warm interior illumination highlights the sports center’s translucent façade, revealing the building’s interior spaces and conveying the atmosphere of the facility during evening use.

The football pitch features a textured grass surface, crisp white field markings, penalty areas, goals, and the KAS lettering at midfield. Beneath the elevated building section, a dedicated sports court showcases detailed playing lines, while a connecting staircase illustrates the circulation between levels. Carefully positioned miniature figures add a sense of scale and demonstrate how the facilities accommodate their users.

Beyond the buildings and sports facilities, the surrounding site has been developed with equal attention to detail. Boundary fencing, street-side trees, streetlights, marked parking spaces, a security booth, and vehicles along the adjoining road recreate the campus within its urban environment. The entire model is presented in a natural wood display frame, providing a clean, elegant finish suitable for professional presentations and exhibitions.
